Car Showroom Experience
I began my career in the automotive industry, where I spent 3 years working at a well-known car showroom. During this time, I gained valuable insight into the world of cars, from sales man based on my performance they promoted me as a Sales Manager and customer service to vehicle maintenance and customer satisfaction. I learned the importance of understanding customer needs and preferences, and I quickly adapted to delivering solutions that exceeded their expectations. This experience helped me develop a deep understanding of customer engagement and sales strategies, which I continue to apply in my career.
Team Leader at Flipkart Grocery
After my time in the automotive sector, I transitioned to a role at Flipkart Grocery, working as a Team Leader with Shadowfax, Flipkart's delivery partner. Here, I first joined as an Delivery Executive after working for four months there I was promoted as a Team Leader. Here, I was responsible for managing a team, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring that customers received their grocery orders on time and in perfect condition. Leading a team helped me strengthen my leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. I also developed a keen understanding of logistics, customer expectations, and the need for seamless service delivery. This role instilled in me the value of effective team management and customer-centric service, skills I continue to carry with me in all my business endeavors.
Two-Wheeler Industry
For the past 5 years, I have been working in the two-wheeler industry. This experience has deepened my understanding of motor vehicles, including sales, repairs, and customer care. The two-wheeler industry has been a significant part of my career journey, where I have learned the value of attention to detail, hard work, and building trust with customers.
